Restructuring: NDC Data Center & NDC-GARBE reposition themselves

Munich, June 2022 – The data center service providers NDC Data Centers and NDC-GARBE Data Centers Europe are reorganizing: Effective June 2022, the shareholder structure at Munich-based NDC Data Centers GmbH will change. The founding shareholders AQAL AG and Valuable Business Partner GmbH will exit the company.

The shares are taken over by the shareholders of the current joint venture partner GARBE. As a result of this restructuring, the previous managing director, CEO and co-founder of NDC Data Centers GmbH, Spyridon Linardakis, is also leaving the company to devote himself to new tasks. He also resigns from his position as co-managing director of NDC-GARBE Data Centers Europe GmbH.
